We mean it when we say you can’t do good without great people, and our team members are some of the greatest people we’ve ever met. People like Britt, Mike, Tracy, Ebone, and Kyle make Double Good a better company and the world a better place. We’re so proud to have them.

What do you do at Double Good?
I began my journey here in August of 2017 as a Product Support Specialist. We take great pride in helping people. We place orders, track packages, educate our customers about our awesome program, and just make people feel good when they contact us. It’s about making sure people know you care about them, and that’s what we strive to do here — we want people to KNOW they are special and truly matter to us!
Why did you want to work at Double Good?
I love the name of the company: Double Good! Who wouldn’t want to work for a company with that name? The employment opportunity seemed like a great fit for me as I truly enjoy helping people. This is the first time I am working for a company that gives back to help others, and it’s a simply wonderful thing!
What’s been your favorite Double Good moment?
I’ve spoken to many people over this past year. There was one special lady I will always remember (among many others). This special person lives in L.A. and has a fixed income. She decided to fundraise with us to help others. She shared some very heartbreaking stories about families living in tents in dirty clothes, who literally have nothing. She wanted to raise money to help as many people as she could in various ways (clothes, food, etc.) There are many other stories, but this one really touched my heart as she truly has a passion for helping others who are so much less fortunate than most.
If you could shout any team member, who would it be and why?
I can’t shout out just one. Everyone in Product Support is amazing. They are such bright, effervescent, and sparkly people and everyone in the Double Good Family is just awesome!
I feel most empowered when…
I know I am helping others and making a difference in someone’s life. We all have an opportunity to make a positive imprint on someone (at the store, a smile, driving, etc).
What would you do if you had an extra hour in the day?
Find a way to serve or help others. As I approach 50, I am coming to a deeper understanding about life and what it is about.
